THE BEGINNINGS
Created in the U.K. in the late 1920’s, the Bonklip bracelet was designed with a unique size-adjustment feature, giving it a singular allure at the wrist.
The Bonklip is often associated with the first Rolex Viceroy, Bubble Back, and other watches worn by British Royal Air Force pilots, and was manufactured by the most prestigious bracelet makers including Gay Frères and JB Champion.
THE COMEBACK
Despite its unique design and features, the Bonklip bracelet would nevertheless disappear for over 50 years.
One of the reasons is quite understandable: several manual steps are crucial in making a good Bonklip bracelet including the folding and assembling of links, as well as the polish.
Today, a complete phase of development would be necessary to revive the Bonklip bracelet. Many have already avoided embarking on this journey.
We, on the other hand, couldn’t help but take the road less traveled…

Fits wrist 15cm to 20cm, maximum hand circumference 24cm (measure across all knuckles including thumb)

There’s nothing easier!
Once your Bonklip bracelet is fixed to your watch, follow these simple steps:
1. Slide your hand through the loop created by the watch and bracelet, thumb tucked inward toward your palm.
2. Gently pull the clasp to the desired size.
3. Fold the excess length of the bracelet back on itself and insert the clasp’s tab between any two links.
4. Secure the clasp by clipping it down. And you’re done!
