Zenith Vintage Chronograph
Zenith N°384d321 - Calibre 146d - 1960
For more than 150 years, Zenith has been demonstrating time and time again its expertise. Unique manufacturer of three of the largest mechanical movements, Zenith is undeniably one of the major watchmaking companies today. Its founder Georges Favre-Jacot began as an independent clockmaker, settling in Le Locle. In 1911, he passed factory management to his descendants, who named it Zenith, the name of the highest point of the trajectory of a star in the sky.
This superb steel chronograph (caliber 146D) with a “column wheel” movement offers a nice dial size at 37mm and a comfortable large crown for a sporty and contemporary look.
The strong contrasts of this clear dial on which indexes, hands, tachymetric scale are perfectly detached, provide excellent readability.
