CHOICE OF LEATHER
This is the type of leather you fall in love with. Its patina and structure reminds us of authentic leather of days gone by, and its natural shine of officer boots and belts, waxed with precision and care. Its use was, for us, clear.
Available in black and in brown, we can easily see these straps on a Mark XI or an officer chronometer of the 1950’s. The truth of the matter is, these straps have that magic touch that adds a “gallant” air to any watch.
OUR “U.S MILITARY” STRAP
Because what many of us love above all else is the casual elegance of a Nato strap, but the excess thickness and extra length is not for everyone. So we decided to make our own U.S. Military style leather strap.
Unlike G10 Nato straps, the nylon straps of the U.S. Army are much older. They are made from a single piece of nylon that slides through the fixed lugs, watch case, and a keeper with the same width as the strap.
We took the same exact structure, this time in leather, and simply slimmed down the keeper to give the ensemble a more elegant look. The result is clean, functional and damn good-looking. More refined than a Nato strap, without loosing the adventurous edge that prefers a reliable strap that will firmly fasten his watch to the wrist.
FINISH: “GOD IS IN THE DETAIL”
The thickness of 13/10 mm of these U.S Military straps will fit most military watches, chronographs or any other case that you feel could benefit from a tool watch look. The edge dye of the straps brings a touch of luxury to this adventurer.
The straps are without lining in order to preserve their fineness and flexibility. The durable leather used here stands very well against time.
Entirely designed and created in our workshops in France.
