Rolex Explorer, Enicar Sherpa, Universal Geneve Polerouter. While Universal Geneva was known for its chronograph watches, the brand decided to align itself with its main competitors by creating the Polerouter model, directly inspired by its big sister the “Polarouter” that equipped polar flights in the late 1940’s. To create this exceptional piece, Universal Geneve called in a genius designer, Gerald Genta, creator of the Patek Philippe Nautilus and the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak. The Polerouter SUB is a variation of this highly sought after model.
