The Seamaster collection appeared in 1948, and the first watches were born from the experience of the Second World War with the watches delivered to the Royal Air Force. Their objective? To guarantee the water resistance, precision, and perfect interchangeability of all the organs. The Seamaster thus became the civilian version of the military watches of the Second World War. Our example presents a rare dial version.
