LONGINES Military Type EFCo
Longines 12.68N - Circa 1940
You are probably wondering what the letters EFCo stand for. Nothing could be simpler. They refer to Ernest Francillon & Compagnie. If you open the caseback, you will be able to contemplate these letters above the winged hourglass logo. This logo is not found on all models and it generally corresponds to a specific period.
This timepiece has the face of a military watch. It is very easy to read, displays relatively large and luminescent numbers (for the period), a simple timer with hour markers numbered every 5 minutes, overswept by beautiful blued hands. The dial opening is quite large due to the absence of a bezel and the case sits very nicely at the wrist thanks to its fairly long lugs.
A general estimated shipping cost of 50€ has been applied on our vintage watches.
This price is subject to change depending on the value of the piece and destination country. In case of any modifications, you will be informed by telephone after your purchase.
