It was in 1954 that Longines launched its “CONQUEST” line. This was a new era for the company that made this decision to respond to a development strategy related to the creation of watch families. After the “CONQUEST” appears the line “FLAGSHIP”, then “ADMIRAL”, or “GRAND PRIZE”. The “CONQUEST” line is surely the most recognizable and is a great classic for vintage watch enthusiasts.
