JAEGER-LECOULTRE ETRIER

Calibre Jaeger-LeCoultre K840 - Circa 1970

Here is a watch that we can truly appreciate, especially when it comes to gracing the wrist of a woman. Its face is iconic, in particular by its long lugs which have earned it the name Etrier.

Description

A WATCH WITH A LEGACY

A name that comes from the first models of the 1930’s and the Joaillerie 101 movement. An astonishing caliber since its release in 1929, it is the smallest movement in the world. It was also worn by the Queen of England during her coronation.

The example we have dates back to the 1970’s and bears the heritage of this Étrier watch equipped with the fine movement.

Its condition is excellent, illustrated by its original dial in very good condition, its signed crown, and the overall fine condition of the case.

Kindly note that the Etrier presented here is a medium model and not the small model.
